Active Guard includes up to 3 hours of incident response per month. Serious incidents requiring specialized forensic investigation are referred to a partner firm at the client's expense — we're transparent about our scope and never leave you without a next step.
I already have an IT person — do I still need this?
Most IT generalists handle helpdesk and hardware. Security monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance documentation are a different discipline. We work alongside your existing IT support, not against it.
